LAS VEGAS, June 4, 2019 – It’s game on for the Tetris® brand as it marks its 35th anniversary. The iconic video game brand celebrates its annual milestone each year on June 6, otherwise known by fans worldwide as World Tetris Day. In honor of the occasion, The Tetris Company, Inc., is debuting today a modern, new logo for the brand, as well as sharing details about new games, lifestyle products and partnerships.
Since the game was first created in 1984 by Alexey Pajitnov, Tetris remains just as popular with more than 500 million downloads on mobile devices and hundreds of millions of products sold on more than 50 platforms across 200 countries. In addition, more than 60 licensees and promotional partners worldwide now offer innovative Tetris-branded games, lifestyle products and experiences, including apparel, toys, décor, novelties and more.

New Tetris Logo
For the brand’s 35th anniversary, a new Tetris logo was revealed today. The new logo was designed to convey a fresh, contemporary and dynamic look for the brand. At the same time, it continues to honor the core look for which the brand is recognized globally.
